The service
CorpReport is operated by forMaD Health Inc. We order a current Corporation Profile Report from the Ontario Business Registry on your behalf and deliver the PDF to you by email and download link. We are not affiliated with the Government of Ontario. You can order the same report directly from the registry for the government fee.
Price and refunds
The price shown at checkout includes the government fee. If we can't deliver your report, we refund you in full. Once a report has been issued for the corporation you confirmed, the order is final.
What we collect
Your email address, the corporation you looked up, and payment confirmation from Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Reports are public records; we keep a copy so you can download it again, and delete it on request.
Reminders
If you opt in, we email you once a year before your renewal. Every reminder has a way to stop them.
