What the report shows
The report shows the corporation's information on the public record as of the date it's generated, including:
- The corporation's name, Ontario Corporation Number (OCN), type and status
- Its registered or head office address
- Its directors and officers
- Any registered business names
- Documents filed since June 27, 1992, and some historical information
It usually runs several pages and carries a registry transaction number.
Who asks for it
- Professional Colleges, when you renew your professional corporation's Certificate of Authorization. Most Ontario health Colleges ask for it every year.
- Accountants and lawyers, to confirm directors, officers and the registered office.
- Lenders, buyers and partners, as part of due diligence.
How to get one
- Find your corporation by Ontario Corporation Number (OCN) or name on the order page.
- Confirm the official name and number from the registry, enter your email, and pay by card through Stripe.
- Get the PDF by email, usually within 5 minutes, any time of day. You can also download it from your order page.

Do I need a Company Key?
