Profile Report or Certificate of Status?
For a College renewal, almost always the Profile Report. Your College's renewal form or portal usually names the document it wants, so check there if you're unsure. RCDSO states that the Certificate of Status is not accepted. The Certificate of Status is mainly for banks, lenders and landlords who only need proof the corporation is active.

Is this the official government document?
Yes. We order it from the Ontario Business Registry for you and send the PDF exactly as the registry issues it, certified and with its transaction number.
How long does it take?
Usually within 5 minutes, at any hour, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Our system orders it straight from the registry, so there's no waiting for office hours. If the registry is down for maintenance or unusually slow, a person on our team finishes your order, normally within a few business hours.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payment is handled by Stripe, which is certified PCI DSS Level 1, the highest level of payment security certification, and processes payments for millions of businesses worldwide. Where do I find my OCN?
On your Articles of Incorporation, your annual return, or your last College renewal paperwork. Your accountant will have it too. You don't need it, though: searching by your corporation name works, for example "Julia Smith Medicine Professional Corporation", or just your surname.
Do I need an account, permit or special login?
No. These are public records, so there's no account to create, no Company Key and no registry login. Just your corporation and an email address.
What if the wrong corporation is ordered?
You confirm the official name and number before paying, and we only order that exact number. If anything still goes wrong, email us and we'll make it right.
